Order Process: You must submit your artwork and design specifications through our designated channels. All submitted designs must comply with our design guidelines.
Payment: Full payment is required before the order is processed. We accept payments through EFT (bank transfer) invoice. Once payment is made a payment remittance will need to be sent through to our relevant email. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Order Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any changes are required, you must notify us immediately.
File Formats: We accept designs in [file formats, PDF, PNG, AI, EPS].
Design Quality: You are responsible for ensuring that your design meets our resolution and quality standards for print. We are not responsible for issues related to poor-quality or low-resolution designs. We recommend a minimum resolution of 300dpi. The higher the resolution the better the print quality.
Copyrighted Material: You warrant that any design you submit does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party. You hold full responsibility for any legal actions arising from the use of copyrighted or protected material in your design.
The turnaround time for orders begin once we have received your artwork and payment in full.
Standard processing time is typically 1-2 business days, but may vary depending on the complexity of the order or our production schedule.
Rush orders may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be added to the total order price unless otherwise stated. We use Australia Post to deliver our products.
Delivery Time: Delivery time will depend on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Risk of Loss: All items are shipped FOB (Free on Board), meaning the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel an order before it enters production for a full refund. Once the order has been approved and sent for production, cancellations may not be permitted. If a proof has been submitted then a fee of $60 will apply. If your order is less than $60 no refund will be provided.
Order Modifications: Modifications to an order must be submitted prior to production. We do not hold any responsibility for the incorrect supply of artwork. Changes to the design, size, or quantity after production starts may incur additional charges.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with a description and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue by reprinting or refunding the order, at our discretion.
No Refunds for Design Issues: We are not responsible for errors in the submitted design, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect colours, or low-quality images.
By submitting your design to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You retain all intellectual property rights to your design.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
Elite Printing. co strives to provide the best possible prints however we cannot guarantee Pantone colour matching or exact colour matching with all designs. Colours may vary due to inks and design files.
